Tryout Information

Bay Area Lava is an established D1 AAU basketball program based in the Tri Valley area.

We have a very competitive tryout process. Tryouts are free to attend.

Spring/Summer Tryouts: March 28 and March 31 - Stager Community Gym (Dublin)

2nd to 5th Grade: 6:00 to 7:15

6th to 7th Grade: 7:15 to 8:30

Bay Area Lava Tryout Expectations

• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to warm-up.

• Follow instructions and retain information from the coach.

• Perform drills with maximum effort. Challenge and push your comfort zone.

• Be vocal on the court. Possess leadership qualities by encouraging teammates.

• Embrace the physicality on offense/defense and aggressively pursue rebounds and loose balls
