Agility Training

Training Logistics:

Bay Area Lava understands the importance of agility, speed, and strength.

During the Summer, we offer our athletes intense workouts to improve these skills.

When: June to September. Training is typically one day a week.

Time: 6:00 to 7:30 PM. Time is flexible due to outdoor temperature.

Where: Local Tri-Valley park or school

What to bring: Athletic shoes, outdoor basketball, and water.

Workouts Include:

Agility: Ladders, Hurdles, Cones, and sand workouts

Jump Training: Jump Rope, Resistance Bands, and Leg Strength

Speed: Wind Sprints and Parachutes

Strength: Core and Upper Body

Coordination: Balance Exercises and Tennis Balls
