Founded in 2019, we are an established and very competitive D1 AAU basketball club based in Dublin and the surrounding Tri-Valley area. Lava originated with our Class of 2029 team, but our success over the years has allowed us to expand. For the 2024-2025 school year, we will have elite boys teams at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Our club’s primary mission is to develop our athletes for their middle school and high school basketball aspirations. To achieve this, we implement high intensity workouts, innovative drills, and constructive coaching.

Lava takes pride in our offensive and defensive philosophies: Free flowing offense and aggressive man to man defense. We believe in challenging our players and provide them opportunities to play up a grade in tournaments. We are excited for the continued success and future of the Lava program.

Key Elements of Lava

• Season Fees - Typical 4 month season is $550 ($1,650 per year).

• Competition - Expose our athletes to elite D1 competition in practice, camps, and tournaments on a consistent basis.

• Elite Training Resources - Partnered with professional trainers in the area for supplemental training throughout the week.

• Scheduling - Tournament and practice schedules set months in advance.

• Practice Locations: Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Castro Valley, Livermore

• Player Exposure - Highlight our players through various social media platforms.
